From the Forum to the Palatine - full day free

A special Sunday devoting the entire day to discover the monumental heart of the ancient city. We will discover the history of the Roman Forum, the Curia, seat of the Senate, the imposing temples that surrounded the square, the civil basilicas in which the affairs and processes took place. After lunch, we will continue the visit on the Palatine Hill, site of the first huts of Romulus Age and the official palace of the emperors, the Domus Flavia. Finally, the Palatine Museum, recently reorganized and reopened to the public, which preserves artistic works of enormous importance and value, related to the decoration of the imperial palace .
